- it has w/d hookups...yes we have gone two years without them it sure makes me appreciate them now I actually love doing laundry with my own washer and dryer!
- the kitchen is huge and if you saw my old kitchen you know how small it was. there wasn't even room for a table it was pushed up against the counter and now my table fits with tons of additional space and there is tons of cabinet storage and a pantry!
- covered parking for both of us...need i say more?!
- huge bedrooms with a walk-in closet in the master
- a/c...however we haven't even needed to turn it on it has been so cool outside i love it!
- everything is fairly new. our old place was built in the 80's and our new place is only like three years old so it seems brand new compared to what we can from!
- good blinds...my old blinds were literally made out of metal and would clang together when the window was open it was very irritating!
- the new ward is AMAZING! at our old place we went to the family ward and while there is nothing wrong with families we never felt like we fit in very well. at our new place we decided to start going to the married student ward and we feel like we are home. everyone is super friendly and we already have tons of fun summer activities to do with the ward
- a half bath downstairs so when we have people over they don't have to use ours
in case you couldn't tell I am pretty excited about our move! i can't believe how much moving makes you want to buy tons of new stuff and decor for your house i have gone a little bit crazy which isn't exactly the greatest timing considering i STILL don't have a job...yikes! i have two interviews tomorrow wish me luck! anyways we are still putting the house together and probably will be for a while but i will get pics up asap. if you want to see the place for yourself just stop by!
