love day

I haven't posted in way too long. Pregnancy update: I have pretty much been sick for the last three months. Everyone told me once I hit my second trimester I would feel great, well unfortunately I don't. I am now 18 1/2 weeks and while I am definitely feeling better and much less nauseous, I am still sick at nights and food is still not my friend. Exhaustion has set in and it takes about all I've got to make it through the day, i feel like a total wimp. However, despite the nasty symptoms I couldn't be more thrilled to be welcoming our little one this July. We find out on March 2nd what we are having and I am seriously dying. Waiting until 20 weeks is pure torture! I am carrying low and wide so if old wives tales mean anything, I know they don't, then I will be having a girl! I will be sure to let everyone know as soon as I find out I can't wait. I promise to put up pics soon I will try and get phi to take a side shot of me. I feel like I am huge, but everyone else doesn't see much!

Our Valentine's weekend was a blast. The celebrations started early for me with flowers delivered to my work from Phi. I was blown away and so excited. They were some really pretty tulips. Crys came up to Logan on Friday night and we watched the opening ceremony of the olympics, I freakin love the olympics! Then saturday we made yummy sugar cookies. It was my first time ever making valentine's sugar cookies and surprisingly they turned out great. Of course we had a lot of fun making and decorating them. We came up with some pretty frightening faces for our cookies but we did make some cute ones. We said goodbye to Crystal and ended the day watching Made of Honor. Sunday we were in nursery with the little ones and then we came home and had a heart-shaped pizza from Papa Murphy's, chocolate dipped strawberries, and martinelli's sparkling cider. We enjoyed spending the day together. It was a fabulous Valentine's Day!
