{eleven}

...and nothing but trouble!  Addie is 11ish months old, we are down to about three weeks until she will be one...so crazy!  Addie's biggest accomplishment this past month was learning to crawl.  She has been crawling for a few weeks now and it has been so much fun seeing her get around and discover new things.  Addie has been getting into anything and everything lately.  I am seriously loving this age and Addie's little BIG personality!  She talks up a storm and tries to mimic what I say.  She says uh-oh, dada, and just started saying baby.  She loves to give hi fives (it is so cute) and does the no-no-no head shake back and forth.  She loves to shake her head, especially when someone asks her a question or says "yes" to her and I know this could cause me some serious headaches down the road, but for now it just cracks me up!
Unloading the tupperware cupboard, don't let that innocent face fool you!
Unloading my diaper bag, her all time fav thing
She gets so distracted by the door-stoppers and the boing sound they make
My blinds are children magnets and it's only a matter of time until she snaps them all off
 Still loving cell phones
We watched Jace a while back and these two had a blast playing together, it is so fun to see Addie interacting with other kids!
In the picture above you will see a happy child feeding herself snacks and below you will see the aftermath of trying to force feed veggies.  It was disastrous and left Addie looking like a clown with the food in her eyebrows.  I left her like that until Phi got home cuz I knew he would think she looked so funny!  I have all but given up on feeding Addie because she is so picky and won't eat anything but cheese, bread, and fruit but only some kinds).  She would seriously eat a block of cheese if I let her! I have tried feeding her pancakes, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, pears, mandarin oranges, peas, avocado, blueberries, and much more and she refuses to eat any of it.  I seriously don't know what to do with her!  Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated!
Now that Addie is mobile I have a hard time getting her to sit still for pics.  Out of the many I took at the park one day, there were only two or so that were good.
Always pulling off her shoes, mainly because all her shoes are still too big for her tiny feet
Her latest thing has been showing me what she finds.  Usually those things are leaves, thread, lint, hair, or anything else she can get her grabby hands on!
We have been lovin' summer around here.  Now that it is finally warm we have been hitting up Cherry Hill several times a week and the park a lot too.  Addie loves the water and could stay in it all day.
I said it before, but Addie is at such a fun age right now.  I love being able to go and do things with her.  I am so excited to not be pregnant this summer and take full advantage of all the fun activities with my munchkin!

Weekend Fun

We had a busy, but fun weekend.  Over a two day period we had a sealing, baptism, and a baby blessing and I loved being a part of each one, despite the fact that I was battling a killer sinus infection all weekend.  My good friend Brandy tied the knot with Wesley on Saturday in the Bountiful temple.  Brandy and I were college roommates and have stayed close ever since.  It was a bittersweet day for me because I was so happy to see her sealed to her sweetheart, but sad to have to say goodbye to her, knowing she was headed across country to Virginia and not coming back. The ceremony was beautiful and the weather was perfect (shocker)!  Of course my camera died right after they came out of the temple, so I didn't get many pics!

Roomies and BFF's
Love how Shell and I are the only ones looking!
Brandy was a beautiful bride.  Congrats you two!
P.S. This little lady is officially crawling...finally!

White Trash

What do you get when you forget to change your baby's diaper before going out to dinner and forget an extra change of clothes?
A naked baby!  I was so embarrassed to carry her out of the bathroom in just a diaper.  Luckily I made a last minute decision to grab her jacket before we went out the door.  Not my finest parenting moment!
